As the year winds down, we wanted to touch base with you about a change coming to our Loyalty Program.
We know this might come as a bit of a surprise, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Over the years, our Loyalty Program has been a way to say ‘thank you’ to our most dedicated traders, and we’ve loved rewarding you for your support.
As we continue to innovate and introduce new features, we’ve made the difficult decision to streamline our programs. This includes discontinuing our loyalty program, effective at midnight ET, January 31st, 2025. This will allow us to focus on developing even more valuable offerings for you in the future.
This decision was not made lightly. We deeply value your loyalty and appreciate the trust you have placed in Indicator Vault.
Here’s some important note:
1. Earning Points:Â Starting at midnight ET on January 31st, 2025, you will no longer be able to earn more loyalty points.
2. Point Redemption Deadline:Â All accumulated loyalty points must be redeemed by the end of February 28th, 2025. Points not redeemed by this date will expire and become invalid.
